What is Event photography?

Event Photography is a relatively new term describing the ability to print your pictures on-site at your event, party or function in just a  few seconds. You can liken it to Polaroids, but with a  much higher quality, size, speed and the ability to print more than one copy of any image if so desired.

 Just as in our portrait photography, we aim to meet your exact needs whilst at the same time exceeding your expectations. We use professional quality equipment throughout our system, resulting in top quality images that surprise and delight our customers time after time.

Our portable mini-studio and printing equipment enables us to set up in any convenient indoor area – all that we ask you to provide is a table and a single power point – and of course your guests! Alternatively - or in addition to our studio - our wireless camera technology allows us to roam at will around your event or function whilst the captured images are sent immediately back to our viewing station.

By using the very latest equipment and software in digital imaging we can let your guests preview the pictures taken on our viewing screen – and then select their favourite(s) for immediate printing. Within 30 seconds a superb high quality 9” x 6” print will be delivered – complete in a quality self-standing presentation mount.

Our prints are made using a professional quality dye-sublimation printer – offering a completely dry, high quality and protected photograph which will last for many many years without fading or degradation.

We aim to cater for all type of events – such as Masonic Functions, Dinner Dances, Proms, Parties, Balls, Equestrian, Charity Events, Award Ceremonies, Training Courses, Corporate etc. etc. etc. We are also experienced in events involving the Armed Forces.

For Charity events we are happy to discuss fund raising using our photographic services.

There are many methods of funding our service:

• images can sold directly to your guests / clients - with no cost to the organiser
• You can add a “free photo” into your ticket price
• We can offer packages including a set number of pictures

note: For smaller parties we may request a refundable retainer
