Wedding Photography

Your wedding is one of the biggest days in your life - and our aim is to make it even more special and enjoyable.

At Codsall Photographic we aim to take the stress out of selecting your photographer by making the process as easy, relaxing and as friendly as possible. However we do normally insist on meeting you before booking so that both parties can get a clear understanding of what is needed - and what can be achieved.

You will meet with the people who will photograph your wedding – not a salesman – and we will show you a portfolio of our images and sample albums so that you can see the standard and styles of our work. These will be albums from complete weddings, so that you can see the typical style and quality of our work. We will also discuss with you the type of photography you want on the day, in order to ensure that we meet your exact requirements.

We only cover one wedding per day – so we won’t be rushing off to another event – and we don’t charge by the hour. We are there for as long as agreed at the time of booking. And even then if your day meets with some delays, we won’t be disappearing. We will stay with you until things are complete. Our time with you normally finishes at your sit-down for the wedding breakfast, however you can optionally book for us to cover the evening festivities up to your first dance (included as standard in our Chillington package)

And NEW FOR 2010!! - As part of our optional evening coverage we can also offer you a custom designed audio-visual, showing a selection of the images taken during the day. We bring the projector, screen, laptop and music - all you have to do is enjoy the show with your evening guests!

Booking our services

A deposit of £200 secures the booking for you in our diary. We will also keep in touch with you in the period leading up to your wedding to ensure we can take into account any last minute changes in your plans.

Your Wedding Day

On the wedding day itself whilst one photographer is organising the principal pictures, our second photographer is capturing those normally unseen moments with both the bridal party and your guests. We try not to engage in lengthy photo shoot sessions; instead we like to keep things fairly informal. However we will take some minutes alone with the bride and groom to capture those special personal shots. This also gives you some valuable (and rare) time together on your wedding day – enabling you to relax a little - and for us to capture those precious moments.






	And Afterwards..... Following your wedding we will begin the process of processing your images. Certain images will be enhanced by some tasteful and subtle effects or treatments. Within 3 days your best images (normally about 300) will be available for viewing on a password protected web page, enabling you and your guests to preview and purchase prints in various sizes at very competitive prices. We also supply tasteful and personalised table cards containing the password and details how how to access the pictures - and with your permission will put these on the tables at the wedding breakfast. We will also make a custom album layout for you, which can be then modified to your wishes. The draft layout can be downloaded from a private area of our website. We find this approach really simplifies and speeds up your choice of pictures – and ensures you get your album with the minimum of delay.
